Cancellation Policy

*Please note we have a very strict appointment policy. Please understand that our office is appointment driven and we do understand that unexpected events will arise however to be fair to all of our clients in order to RESCHEDULE your session there is a RESCHEDULING FEE that will be assessed. If you inform us of a cancellation before your session time there will be a $25.00 rescheduling fee. Same day cancellation/ rescheduling will be assessed a $50.00 fee. PLEASE NOTE : If you inform us of a cancellation on a day we are closed (Wednesday or Sunday) you will be charged a SAME DAY rescheduling fee. All fees must be satisfied before your next session. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you have 3 weeks from the date the appointment was canceled to reschedule, otherwise the appointment will be null and void. This applies to all services including massage bundles. PLEASE NOTE: Appointments will ONLY be rescheduled two times. There are no exceptions to our rescheduling policy.
